5 Minute Friday
Today’s 5 minutes was difficult for me. Not because the questions were difficult, but because I had to cram them all into one podcast. The questions came from Mike at Alustforlife.com. He inquired about my vegetarian life. Ohhhhh so much to say. So little time. hehe. I ran over. Consider it a bonus.
I expect more questions for next week.

How to Cook Everything Vegetarian - Mark Bittman My food bible - the monster cookbook. I have no idea why I couldn’t think of the name of this in the podcast.

I am living proof that 30 something, eco-friendly, vegetarians are not tight assed boring people. I bitch, I curse, I rant and I rave. I do not live conventionally nor do I think inside any box
that you may know of. I am a mom, a wife, a gamer, a blogger and a woman who loves to have fun. This blog is just me, blunt, raw and to the point.

What do I click on to find the podcast?
Capt. Marys last blog post..MEN OF HONOR
Well, you might be able to find it if I had put it up there. LOL! Whoops. Problem has been fixed. Enjoy my insanity.
Queenies last blog post..5 Minute Friday
Thanks Queenie!
I went to a wedding this past weekend in Jax which wasnt too vegatarian friendly. I ended eating cooked squash the whole time but made up with beer and shots. But I appreciate the background and the tips. I haven’t given up dairy or seafood. Seafood is just too good when fresh. I love tofu though my wife doesn’t dig it much. I suggest trying a Korean or Thai recipe for tofu. Tis very good. But will look into the suggested recipes. Also, after hearing about the drugs pumped to cattle and chicken is unsettling. People in this world are always looking for shortcuts that only cause harm.
Mike - We were invited to a wedding in November. The Bride and Groom actually told me that I needed to bring my own food because they had nothing on the menu that I could eat. Nice huh? Needless to say, we arent going. LOL!
